Billing & Refunds

  • Subscriptions: Billed monthly in advance; renew automatically until canceled.
  • One-time services: Setup and custom work are invoiced at project kickoff and due on receipt unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds: We don’t offer refunds on completed service time; unused prepaid months are refundable pro‑rata if we cannot deliver services as agreed.
